After more than 20 years of working in the financial services industry, and with some coaxing from his little brother Aaron, Mark joined Toly Digital in October 2003. His background has included positions such as: senior vice president of Credit Card Customer Service and vice president of Fraud Prevention for Bank of America; vice president of Fraud Prevention and Customer Service at Household Credit Services; and Customer Service/Operations management positions at American Express and the Miami Federal Reserve Bank, following his time in the U.S. military.

On a more personal note, what Mark enjoys most about his job are the rural telephone companies and their people. What some of them may not know is that Mark is a closet SciFi fan and loves gaming with his nephews on Xbox and Playstation … oh, and every Facebook entry from his wife shows him eating (guess he likes that too)!
